The system allows the insurer, UMA or broker to communicate with their policy holders and/or intermediaries in an automated or ad-hoc manner.
Based on certain events, certain emails and / or SMSes can be mail merged with existing data and sent out of the system automatically. These events include lodge claim, approve claim, capture policy, cancel policy, policy refund, unpaid debit order, just to name a few of the 52 events configured. The email that generates can be totally rewritten and formatted as is required.
A policy holder will for example be automatically notified when a claim is lodged against their policy, unless of course the broker is the primary point of contact on that policy, in which case they can be notified.
